Reflective Practice
Reflection and specifically “Leading Learning Circles” which is based on the “Circle of Change Revisited Model (COCR model)” will be used to support the concept of facilitation. To be a confident facilitator, the Circle of Change Revisited Model of Critical Reflection (COCR) can be used to stimulate thinking (see Figure 2.)
